Vision Limited throughout this document can be referred to as the “brand”, “company”, “business.” “Product” refers to all items produced and sold by the brand as well as elements created for purposes of forwarding the brands image be it photos, videos or a combination of both on the store, website itself, social media, or the internet in the form of marketing, advertising or a campaign.

The terms and conditions set here apply to the sole proprietorship "Vision Limited" and outline the policies set by the company. This document hereafter outlines any risks associated with the purchase of products from this store, the usage of the website and the ownership of the garments themselves.

This clause of the terms and conditions states that "Vision Limited" cannot be held responsible in the event of product inaccuracy or errors. The return guide of any garment (provided it is unworn and in good condition) involves a full refund in the form store credit that can be used to purchase other items, matching the value of the credited item, within seven working days. Furthermore, "Vision Limited" cannot be held responsible for a lack of enjoyment of the product as well as website outages, spyware, viruses and/or product damage.

Vision Limited hereby states once again that (1) all content produced by the brand and its partners are property of the brand and any infringement of these property rights can and will result in legal action, (2) all content produced by a third party including the form of a tag, hashtag, video, or photo making direct/indirect reference to the brand can be used by the brand in a form that promotes the brand in a positive position, providing the brand notifies the creator of the brand's intent to use their product.

Furthermore, if content created by a third party is in a form that negatively impacts the brand without valid cause, be it in the form of audio, visual, in writing, or in a public domain, the brand may seek legal action if the brand has not been given opportunity in a private capacity, to comment on and remedy the situation in writing. If in fact the issue has appropriate backing, was a concern or caused direct/indirect harm to the third party concerned, it will be the brand's onus to rectify the situation, in a public and/or private capacity.

In the future if the products of the brand are distributed, sold or gifted by a registered seller or distributer or is given as a gift by a third party without the prior consent of the brand at a private or public event to another third party, the brand is not liable for the receiver’s enjoyment of the product or the distribution, sale or gifting of that product or by a registered seller, distributor or third party gift giver and their associated agencies and companies in a professional capacity (e.g a person giving a gift on behalf of a company or agency) including all processes associated with the before mentioned actions.

If a package does not arrive after purchase from the official website, store or instagram store, contact the brand or its owners in writing to have the matter resolved. If a product from a registered seller or distributor is in anyway damaged or in poor condition, or doesn't arrive be it packaging or the product itself, contact the seller or distributor directly.

"Vision Limited" acknowledges that any damages encountered in the purchase of products from the official shop, website or social media store, will result in the company discussing the incident so that we can credit the purchaser with store credit or exchange the garment itself. Photographic evidence will be required once the enquiry is placed, to validate claims made.

Products cannot be returned once worn, and the brand is not liable for any damages incurred to the product once worn or used. Please view our reurns guide for more information on returning a product.
